The NHL playoffs are less than a month away and Pizza Hut Canada wants to help casual fans get in on all the action with a new podcast called Bandwagon Hockey Coach.
The short-form podcast made its debut on March 18th on Spotify and will release brief episodes twice weekly. In each episode, the two AI podcast hosts explain basic hockey rules and terminology to help casual fans follow what's going on during the NHL playoffs. As Jennifer Ligotti, Pizza Hut's Chief Marketing Officer, explains, "The Bandwagon Hockey Coach is for the fans who love the excitement of the playoffs but might need a quick refresher before puck drop. Think of it as Pizza Hut's cheat sheet for game night, so you can focus on the fun, the friends, and the pizza."
