18-year old designer Austin Jade’s Spring 2009 collection of tops and dresses will make for some spectacular casual spring chic this year. 

Many young designers tend to favor bizarre fashion statements, but not so with Austin Jade; this brilliant young designer sticks with vibrant colors and solid patterns. She’s also gone a bit retro with her crinkled-waist dresses and blouses, as well as halter dresses, both popular ‘70s couture and also babydoll dresses from the 60s.
