The Ask Dalí Experience Invites Visitors to Speak to the Artist

The Dalí Museum presents a new experience fueled by AI technology dubbed the Ask Dalí experience. It invites visitors to speak to a lifelike recreation of the artist himself by just picking up the lobster phone, which is modeled after his iconic Lobster Phone. Guests can engage with the technology through the telephone and it is made with the help of ad agency Goodby Silverstein & Partners.

The technology is developed with OpenAI's GPT-4 and Eleven Miltolingual V2 models by ElevenLabs. To feed the technology, the systems are trained on a rich basis of Dalí's own writing and archival audio. The responses are done in his voice, humor, and personality. Visitors can ask any questions to learn about his work or thoughts on certain matters.
