Patchwork Storage Bags

Arc'teryx STUFF SACK-ReCUT Repurposes Deadstock Technical Fabrics

Arc'teryx STUFF SACK-ReCUT transforms leftover GORE-TEX and nylon materials into one-of-a-kind storage bags through a collaboration with BEAMS. Each pouch is assembled using patchwork construction, resulting in unique color blocking and fabric combinations across every piece. The design incorporates Arc'teryx's Deadbird logo alongside understated co-branding while preserving the weather-resistant characteristics of the original performance textiles in a compact utility accessory.

The project extends Arc'teryx's circular design initiatives by giving surplus technical fabrics a second use rather than producing new materials. Because every bag is cut from different sections of deadstock textiles, no two versions share the same arrangement of colors or panels. The lightweight storage pouch combines functional outdoor construction with an individually assembled appearance, reflecting both brands' focus on technical design and contemporary streetwear. The collection launches through BEAMS on August 15, 2026, priced at ¥5,500 JPY.
