McDonald's developed the accessory through its Türkiye division as part of a campaign targeting gaming habits and behavior. The physical mechanism ensures uninterrupted in-game activity without requiring software or external input.

The device mirrors the shape of the Golden Arches and functions as a simple mechanical solution rather than a digital tool. It is bundled with a delivery-only Pro Gamer Menu that includes a Big Mac, fries, a drink, and onion rings, and is not sold separately. The concept was developed with TBWA Istanbul and reflects common player behavior during short breaks. The accessory is designed for ease of use and can be attached or removed quickly without affecting the controller.
