To enhance its hairstyling services, Coty, Inc. -- "the third largest beauty conglomerate," launches an AR mirror. The tech infusion definitely brings a sense of convenience and security when deciding on a risky change of look.

The brand, in partnership with health and beauty tech company CareOS, harnesses the power of augmented reality to help customers visualize a hair color and make sure the nuance will meet their expectations. In addition, the AR mirror facial recognition tech can "retrieve clients' past looks" and after the visualization, the service offers a shareable 360-degree video capture of the client's hair which allows for individuals to fully survey the color before making a final decision.

Coty's AR mirror is a good example of how technology is entering the workspace and enhancing the services that are offered.
