Alexa for Hospitality Connects Guests with Hotel Services

The Amazon Alexa voice assistant is being infused into a multitude of different technology products more than ever, so the brand has announced Alexa for Hospitality as a new extension for the hotel industry.

The voice assistant for hotels will enable guests to order room service, contact the concierge, call housekeeping and much more without having to pick up the phone. The functionality will be launching at a select number of Marriott Hotels, St. Regis Hotels & Resorts, Westin Hotels & Resorts, Autograph Collection Hotels and Aloft Hotels starting this summer.

Amazon Alexa for Hospitality identifies the changing face of the hotel industry as brands seek to keep guests entertained and satisfied with new technology that adds another layer of convenience into the experience.
