After launching AI Beauty Discovery Connect, Revieve launched a fully white-labeled AI Skin Advisor for ChatGPT solution so that beauty brands and retailers can guide the customer experience in a way that's authentic to their unique approach. Powered by proprietary Skin Analysis technology, the AI Skin Advisor for ChatGPT functions as a branded micro-experience so that tone and identity are considered with everything from educational support and skin analysis to product recommendations.
According to Revieve, this new solution adds value to existing customer touchpoints such as brand websites, mobile apps, in-store experiences and retail media channels.
