AI-Ready Event Platforms

vivenu Connects Its Ticketing System to AI Tools with an MCP Server

vivenu is extending its ticketing system to external AI tools via 'MCP Server,' which lets event organizers ask questions about live ticketing data and act on the answers without leaving the chat. Built on the Model Context Protocol, it connects the platform to tools such as Claude, ChatGPT and Codex.

The server supports more than 100 actions, including creating events, setting prices, issuing tickets, holding seats and pulling branded sales reports. It also supports recurring workflows, such as a daily alert for events selling behind target, while keeping each action tied to the user's permissions.

Available now to vivenu customers, MCP Server turns ticketing data into something teams can work with where they already make decisions. That lowers friction between reporting and execution and makes AI a more direct operating layer for live events.
