Builders, designers, trades and homeowners can access shared project data, while AI-supported tools will assist with diagramming, selections, collaboration and homeowner handoffs. Digital twins will also preserve detailed home information after construction is complete.
For Builders FirstSource, the five-year partnership could deepen its relationships with more than 140,000 builder customers while expanding its role beyond building material supply. The company is also leading Digs’ $25.3 million Series A financing. By connecting construction with warranties, maintenance and aftercare, the platform could reduce manual work and rework while creating longer-term service opportunities throughout the homeownership lifecycle.
