AI-Powered Financial Auditing

Vantage FP&A Launches Vann for Automated Financial Reviews

Vantage FP&A is introducing traceable AI financial reports through Vann, an agentic AI platform that automates financial analysis while connecting calculations to original accounting records. Unlike conventional manual reporting processes, the system prepares forecasts, financial statements, and acquisition assessments while allowing reviewers to examine the evidence supporting individual figures.

Vann uses a Data Containment architecture that keeps each client's financial information isolated. During an initial engagement, the platform analyzed 24 months of bank statements and accounting records covering 294 accounts, reconciling statement totals without discrepancies. It also identifies proposed earnings adjustments and links them to supporting documentation.

For Vantage FP&A, the platform could reduce the time and expense associated with financial reviews. Its automated capabilities may appeal to business buyers, brokers, and lenders seeking more efficient acquisition assessments while maintaining transparency and control over sensitive financial information.
