Nike's AF1 Low Premium Was Updated with Unique Accents
Riley von Niessen — March 8, 2018 — Fashion
In time for the spring, Nike is set to release two new iterations of its iconic AF1 Low Premium model, which is known for its durable leather uppers, chunky sole, and classic aesthetic.
The first iteration boasts a deep olive upper, with matching laces and a branded tag on the tongue. On the sides of the sneakers, Nike's iconic Swoosh logo is included in a complementary hue of beige, which has black stripes going through it, similar to those that decorate a zebra's fur. This pattern is continued on the back of the heel, where the brand's name and the silhouette title is embroidered in olive. The other iteration boasts an onyx upper, and has a black and white Swoosh that features a geometric pattern instead.
Both variations of the sneaker are expected to launch in April, however the exact release date hasn't been shared as of yet.
