As much as technology is starting to cater itself to all sorts of people, from the visually and hearing impaired to toddlers, there hasn't been much happening in regards to the elderly population; enter the Adaptive Computer. Although some people may think it unnecessarily to get Grandma or Grandpa hooked on laptops, this design offers convenient methods of staying in touch as well as other necessities such as online shopping.
Designed by Ryan Klinger, the Adaptive Computer itself is relatively easy to use. It boasts a handle for easy portability, touch-open technology, an angled keyboard for less eye and neck strain, a large keyboard type and a luxury leather top that makes it fit into its environment nicely.
Overall, the Adaptive Computer takes into consideration everything an aging adult needs.
