While the GoPro is widely appreciated as the ultimate extreme video camera, it can't do what this action camera set could offer. You would need to gather a costly collection of the wearable video recorders, and to sync them for the best results.
Fiona Lesecq's concept is an intriguing one, comprising what look to be lone SLR lenses that stand upon tripods or roll about without braces. The designer proposes a whole kit of individual digital camcorders that can be arranged creatively in clusters. The entire action camera set would be networked, enabling moving images to be captured and logged from every module at once, giving you a truly broad range of angles of a particular scene. Set them up around skateboard parks, beach volleyball games and concerts, and even preview your raw recordings with a projector that comes with the kit.
