Gaming-Inspired Electric Scooters

NIU and Razer Bring Gaming Aesthetics to Urban Mobility

NIU Technologies is bringing gaming-inspired electric scooters to urban transportation through its collaboration with Razer. The FQiX x Razer Special Edition combines NIU’s connected electric mobility platform with Razer’s recognizable gaming aesthetic. Riders can access navigation and riding data through a five-inch TFT display, stream music using Bluetooth speaker integration, and use built-in GPS tracking and anti-theft features. The scooter also offers up to 110 kilometers of range and an IPX7 waterproof battery, combining expressive styling with everyday functionality.

The collaboration allows Razer to extend its lifestyle identity beyond gaming hardware while giving NIU access to an established global gaming community. Connecting electric transportation with gaming culture could attract younger, design-conscious riders who view mobility products as extensions of personal identity. Limited European pre-orders and special-edition positioning can also create exclusivity, encourage early demand, and strengthen both brands’ presence in adjacent lifestyle categories.
