DOK-DOK Turns iPads into Portable Document Scanners

The DOK-DOK document scanner for the iPad finally makes the paperless office a reality. Who needs a dedicated scanner or even a full size computer if all you've got is the DOK-DOK and an iPad?

The nifty portable and lightweight document scanner doubles as an iPad case and has its own messenger bag -- just the thing for people on the move and who are office-less too!

It quickly opens up into a special unit, which aligns the iPad to perfectly capture document images and results in a decreased number of shaky scans. Rapid scans for single or multiple page documents can be accomplished with the use of Apple earphones as the shutter release or a free app for voice activated control.

The inventor has just started to seek funding through Kickstarter with a goal of just under $11,000.
