Priced at $89.99, the controller commemorates Rare’s four decades of game development and supports three connectivity modes: Microsoft’s 2.4 GHz wireless protocol for Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One, Bluetooth for mobile devices, and USB-C wired connections for PC and consoles. It incorporates premium hardware such as a gold-plated zinc alloy D-pad, drift-free Hall effect sticks, Xbox-style impulse triggers, and two programmable back buttons. A built-in 1000 mAh rechargeable battery delivers up to 20 hours of playtime per charge, and users can adjust profiles, button mapping, and sensitivity via the 8BitDo Ultimate Software X.
