Neutrogena Canada Sponsors the 7 Summits Snowshoe Challenge

Neutrogena Canada is teaming up with Melanoma Canada to sponsor the 7 Summits Snowshoe Challenge for Skin Cancer this February. Canadians are invited to participate in snowshoeing, biking, running, or skiing the distance equivalent to the world’s seven tallest summits, all while raising awareness for melanoma and promoting sun safety during winter activities.

Melanoma is one of the most common cancers among Canadians aged 15-49, often linked to excessive sun exposure, making it crucial for everyone to prioritize sun protection, including daily sunscreen use, especially in winter when snow can reflect "up to 88% of the sun’s UV rays.

On Sunday, March 3 at 9 am ET, participants can gather at Hardwood Ski and Bike in Ontario's Lake Country region to complete the final 5 KM. This family-friendly event promises scenic trails and Sip and Savour food and drink stations prepared by celebrity chefs at every kilometer. For those unable to attend in person, virtual participation is available by registering on 7summits.ca.
