TheLi.st Spotlights 10 Minutes of Togetherness

The organization TheLi.st, led by CEO Ann Shoket, has launched a research-backed initiative called 10 Minutes to Togetherness. This campaign encourages professionals to spend just ten minutes each day reaching out to someone who has been on their mind, who did excellent work recently, or who might need emotional support.

The 10 Minutes to Togetherness campaign is based on findings that 80% of women in corporate jobs report feeling lonely because of their employment. TheLi.st's practice emerged from research conducted in partnership with Berlin Cameron and BSG, which identified tiny micro-habits that help individuals build supportive communities incrementally.

The 10 Minutes to Togetherness initiative offers additional expert advice through its platform, along with examples of famous women like Shonda Rhimes, Prentis Hemphill, Gabrielle Hamilton, and Suleika Jaouad discussing how they have built their own networks of support through community, healing, chosen family, and creative self-connection.
