For many people, pitching a tent is not second nature. The 1 Perfect Second tent has been designed to cater to those who struggle to set up camp efficiently. The trade-off is a compact design with more awkward dimensions than usual, but this would not prove to be a problem for those who exercise drive-in access to campsites.
Hardy Wu's concept is based on a principles of an accordion, enabling all of the arching supports of the refuge to be kept within the stitched seams of the weatherproof fabric. The only assembly required is thus the separating of the ribs into an expanded shell from its flat semicircular state. The 1 Perfect Second tent can be erected in a jiffy as a convenient wilderness safe haven with a great shape for air circulation.
