'Wilder World' was Announced at Gamescom 2025

Wilder World launched the Super Early Access phase of its first-person shooter mode at Gamescom 2025 on August 20, partnering with Samsung and unveiling a $100,000 global tournament. Qualifiers run from August 25 to September 9, followed by playoffs from September 10 to 15, and a live final on September 24 where the top five players will be flown in with all expenses covered. Gamescom attendees can claim a Samsung-branded POAP NFT by tapping on-site NFC towers, granting a collectible in-game item usable across the Wilder World metaverse. This FPS debut expands Wilder World beyond its 2024 racing mode, Wilder Wheels, by introducing high-intensity tactical gameplay within Wiami, a photorealistic open-world city built on Unreal Engine 5.

The FPS launch coincides with a series of strategic ecosystem initiatives for Wilder World’s native WILD token. Recent highlights include the sell-out Lamborghini Temerario NFT collection, the rollout of Wiami.fun—a user-generated content engine for creating tokenized assets—and Operation Titan, a multi-million-dollar buyback program. Complementary projects such as the Metropolis economic explainer and the CYPHER U.S. Treasury vehicle aim to deepen financial infrastructure and sustain token momentum. Wilder World’s consistent ranking among the Top 10 Most Anticipated Games on the Epic Games Store underscores its positioning as a bridge between mainstream gaming and blockchain-powered virtual economies.
