'Volcon,' the experienced electric vehicle manufacturer most known for its recent lineup of performance-focused motorcycles, announced the upcoming 'Volcon Brat' electric bike. This e-bike is an off-road electric mountain bike with a spacious design that allows for a full suspension frame and adjustable ergonomics. This means the Volcon Brat will be comfortable to ride even in the bumpiest of environments.
The performance specifications of the Brat, though, include an electric drivetrain with a motor that delivers a peak output of 1,200W and a continuous output of 750W. This is powered by a 750 Wh battery that results in a range of roughly 30 miles and a top speed of 28 miles per hour, though this cap can be manually reduced to adhere to speed regulations. The Volcon Brat is launching in Q1 of 2023 at a yet-to-be-announced MSRP.
