TIFF-inspired food & beverage experiences at The St. Regis Toronto celebrate the 50th Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF50) with curated offerings across its signature venues.
At Astor Lounge, 'The Golden Premiere Afternoon Tea' honors Caroline Astor’s legacy and the festival’s black-and-gold palette. The menu features "Osietra caviar with yuzu mousse, burrata with truffle honey, smoked salmon on squid ink crêpe, and Black Angus beef sliders, alongside custom-branded macarons, popcorn panna cotta, blackberry meringue nests, and a gold-adorned black sesame opera cake, paired with premium blends from Sloane Fine Tea Merchants."
At LOUIX LOUIS, guests can enjoy the "Gold-Plated 50oz Australian Wagyu Tomahawk, flambéed tableside with The Macallan 12-Year 'Double Cask' and paired with Perrier-Jouët "Belle Époque" 2016, the Caviar and Cocktail Experience with Ossetra caviar, gold flake, and The Macallan 'Rare Cask' Roy, and the 50-Layer Cake," finished with golden chocolate and sparklers—a dramatic tribute to five decades of cinematic brilliance.
