Purple Carrot Debuted its Thanksgiving Box Menu Ahead of the Holiday

With fall around the corner, many are preparing their Thanksgiving dinners, and Purple Carrot is making it easier for those who follow a plant-based diet. On Friday, September 30, Purple Carrot will launch its annual 'Thanksgiving Box,' which will include fresh ingredients and easy-to-follow directions to make three dishes, gravy, cranberry sauce and one delicious dessert. This 100% plant-based holiday meal kit generously serves four. The box features rustic ciabatta stuffing with root vegetables & herb sausage, roasted brussels sprouts with oyster mushrooms & garlic kimchi butter, cashew cheese stuffed sweet potatoes with pecan parsley salsa, cranberry sauce, classic gravy, and pear cranberry crisp with walnut crumble.

The Purple Carrot Thanksgiving Box will be available for purchase on Purple Carrot’s website for $75.0.
