Shipley Do-Nuts is rolling out a limited-edition Cold Brew Doughnut, made with caffeine baked right in. Each doughnut has 56 milligrams of caffeine—about two-thirds of what you’d get in a small cup of coffee.
The treat blends cold brew flavour with Shipley’s classic buttermilk cake doughnut, finished with the brand’s signature glaze. It will be available at select shops from September 26 for just two weeks, in celebration of National Coffee Day.
"Cold brew has become a daily go-to drink for so many people, and for National Coffee Day, we wanted to create something special that combines bold coffee flavors with our fresh handmade doughnuts," commented CEO Flynn Dekker. "This isn't just a doughnut—it's a delicious energy boost that perfectly blends two morning essentials our guests already love."
On September 29, Shipley loyalty members can also score a free Cold Brew Doughnut or Original Glazed with any coffee purchase at participating locations.
