Starbird Just Added a New Seoul Star Sandwich to Its Lineup

Starbird, the growing California-based premium fast-food concept, is taking the chicken sandwich wars by storm with it all-new Seoul Star Sandwich.

This month, Starbird is introducing a new chicken sandwich lineup, which features its new Seoul Star Sandwich, a revamped version of its original Starbird Sandwich, and an upgraded version of its Cali Bacon Sandwich. All of the sandwiches in the new lineup are made with succulent four-ounce chicken fillets coated in unique sauces and served on artisan brioche buns from California’s La Brea Bakery.

The chain's chain's original crispy chicken sandwich has been renamed Starbird 2.0, and features chicken paired with herb aioli, rainbow slaw, pickled red onions, and avocado mash. On the other hand, the new Seoul Star Sandwich is inspired by Korean fried chicken flavors, and features chicken doused in a sweet soy glaze and Korean Seoul sauce, and paired with shredded cabbage, cucumbers, toasted sesame seeds, green onion, and chili flakes. Lastly, the Cali Bacon Sandwich has been elevated with thick-cut Applewood-smoked bacon and a larger chicken filet.

All three of the chicken sandwiches are available now.
