Rixo Launches a New 'Try-Before-You-Buy' Service in the UK

Vintage-inspired occasionwear brand Rixo is making a pioneering move into the try-before-you-buy (TBYB) sector in the UK. Powered by Harper, the service streamlines Rixo's existing concierge offering, allowing customers to experience a completely innovative TBYB approach that is the first of its kind in the UK.

Rixo's new service caters to customers who may not have easy access to a physical store, whether due to geographical constraints or other factors. Allowing a single delivery and return minimizes the back-and-forth logistics often associated with TBYB models, simplifying the process for both customers and the brand.

Under this TBYB option, customers only need to cover the standard Rixo delivery fee, with no upfront payment required for the order.

"We wanted to keep the customer front of mind. We understand that in current times, with lots of financial pressure, customers aren’t able to put multiple things in their basket and wait for the return, so we are so excited to offer this industry-first initiative," the company said in a statement.
