MSA Safety is presenting a suite of integrated refrigerant management systems, which includes the newly announced Bacharach® X30 and X50 refrigerant monitors, at the upcoming AHR Expo in Las Vegas. This collective offering is engineered to address the operational and regulatory complexities faced by commercial heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVAC-R) entities.
MSA Safety provides a spectrum of tools from physical gas detection hardware to digital compliance software. The core hardware components, such as the new monitors and the existing multi-zone detection systems, are designed to identify the presence of various refrigerants, including newer A2L classifications, at exceptionally low concentrations. This, in turn, will enable the early discovery of leaks that could impact system efficiency, safety, and environmental compliance. Complementing the refrigerant management system is the Parasense software platform, which functions as a digital ledger and analytical tool for tracking refrigerant usage and leakage over time.
