Every year, people know that they can tune in to the Puppy Bowl for pure, wholesome joy as they watch rescue puppies tumble across a mini football field, and for the first time, Puppy Bowl XXII will feature an exhibition game with senior dogs to deliver the same lighthearted escapism and feel-good entertainment as ever. Dog lovers can look forward to Puppy Bowl XXII's special exhibition game with lovable senior dogs as Team Oldies and Team Goldies.
In all, the Puppy Bowl 2026 will be a three-hour canine sports event with a record-breaking 150 rescue dogs from 72 shelters across the United States, Puerto Rico, and the British Virgin Islands. Also, for the first time, this year's event will offer an inside look at shelter staff members cheering on the puppies representing their rescues.
