The product comes in a 150-gram pot that's small enough to be stowed in a gym bag and will provide a dessert-like flavor experience when refueling before or after a workout. The product features the signature flavor of a rich strawberry sundae, and boasts 18-grams of protein with a 50:50 mix of whey and casein protein in the recipe.
