The Brisk It Neoma AI Countertop Oven was launched at CES 2026 as an artificial intelligence (AI)-powered appliance that's engineered to help users create nutritious, flavorful meals with less work.
The oven utilizes the brand's Vera AI that will accommodate easy operation to simply ask it to bake dishes and be returned with advanced capabilities. The oven has an operating temperature range of 90 to 450-degrees Fahrenheit and is rated to cook recipes from one-minute all the way up to 12-hours. The system is rated to bake, roast, air fry and more to suit the specific needs of chefs of all experience levels.
The Brisk It Neoma AI Countertop Oven is slated to launch on Kickstarter in February ahead of a wider spring launch.
