These new Mike & Patty's iced coffees have been developed by the award-winning breakfast sandwich brand as a series of creative cafe-inspired refreshments perfect for satisfying demand for indulgent coffee experiences.
The coffee menu is built around slow-dripped Speedwell Coffee that's used as the base for each of the three drinks, which includes the Boston Creme Pie, Salted Carmel and Ube Coffee. Priced at $7 each, the drinks are each paired with sweet egg foam, condensed milk and high-quality flavorings to achieve their respective taste profile.
The new Mike & Patty's iced coffees kick off the brand's new beverage platform that will include a series of rotating flavor experiences and specialty coffees making their debut throughout the year to keep customers coming back.

Key Themes Behind This Trend
- Dessert-inspired Coffee
- Cafe menus are increasingly borrowing from bakery and confectionery flavors, creating premium beverages that blur the line between treat and daily caffeine ritual.
- Rotating Beverage Platforms
- Limited-time specialty drink calendars can transform coffee programs into recurring discovery experiences that encourage repeat visits and social sharing.
- Textured Sweet Foam
- Layered toppings like sweet egg foam add visual appeal and indulgent mouthfeel, opening space for differentiated beverage formats beyond standard iced coffee.
Where This Applies
- Specialty Coffee
- Premium bases such as slow-dripped coffee support higher-priced handcrafted drinks that compete on flavor complexity and artisanal preparation.
- Quick-service Restaurants
- Breakfast and sandwich brands are expanding into distinctive beverage menus, giving food-led operators new opportunities to increase ticket size and daypart relevance.
- Dessert and Confectionery
- Classic dessert profiles like Boston creme, caramel and ube are becoming inspiration sources for drink innovation, extending familiar sweets into portable refreshment occasions.
