Meyers Manx Launches the Slick and Powerful 'Manx 2.0 Electric' Buggy

Meyers Manx, a California-based automaker specializing in dune buggies, has unveiled the Manx 2.0 Electric, an all-electric version of the brand's signature dune buggy.

The new eco-friendly vehicle will come with two battery options to choose from: a 20kWh option that boasts 150 miles of range or a 40kWh model with 300 miles of range. In addition, the 40kWh battery delivers an impressive 202 horsepower and 240 lb-ft of torque, making it on par with powerful motorized dune buggy models. Other notable features of the Manx 2.0 Electric include rear-wheeled drive, an aluminum monocoque construction, front and rear disc brakes, electric e-brakes, assist steering, and independent rear suspension.

In terms of speed, the Manx 2.0 Electric is capable of taking drivers from 0-60 mph in as little as 4,5 seconds.
