These new Lindahls high-protein dairy products have been launched by Lactalis UK & Ireland as a series of food products that respond to increasing consumer demand for dairy items with high levels of protein.
The product range consists of five options including Protein Cottage Cheese, Protein Gouda Slices, Protein Greek Cheese, Protein Quark and Protein Milk with Collagen. The products each range in protein content to give existing meals a boost or as a snack or meal supplement all on their own. The products are targeted towards affluent shoppers in urban areas aged 45 or older who maintain active lifestyles and are in search of high-protein foods that will support weight or maintenance alongside muscle recovery.
Group Marketing Director Heloise Le Norcy-Trott commented on the Lindahls high-protein dairy products saying, "Consumer interest in health and wellness has been rebounding since 2021 and functional food continues to drive growth and excitement within the category, with no end in sight.
