Hendrick’s Sunspell Gin is a new limited release in the brand's Cabinet of Curiosities and a travel retail exclusive inspired by the captivating beauty and magic of sunsets. Specifically, this new edition created by Lesley Gracie, master distiller of Hendrick’s Gin, takes after the sunset behind the island of Ailsa Craig on the South Ayrshire coast of Scotland.

This gin gets its signature character from spices, rose infusion, and citrus botanicals. As part of a month-long activation, an Amsterdam Schiphol pop-up will immerse adult travelers in the story-led gin and treat them to a complimentary Sunspell & Tonic.

The gin launched at select airports like London Heathrow, Singapore, and Sydney, and more destinations, such as Dubai and New York JFK, will soon follow.
