Fashion designer Kiko Kostadinov continues to work closely with ASICS as the two present a new iteration of the GEL-DS Trainer 14 sneaker model. It comes in four captivating colorway palettes: "Waterfall/Lichen Rock," "Desert Camp/Piquant Orange," "Dark Mustard/Truffle Grey" and "Midnight/Purple Oxide." All of these versions play with a range of colors, patterns, and textures throughout their respective models.
The silhouette forms a gradient-like style to give it an electric look. The upper is made from a blend of synthetic fibers and then joined by a fusion of mesh, ribbed, rubber, and mesh finishings. The unique component of the model is the lace stay -- this section extends beyond the tongue to create a unique asymmetrical loop.
