It appears as if the shoes are wearing the jacket for a punk rock style. There are details including the two pockets -- one is a buttoned finish and the other is a zippered pocket. Both of these are complete in silver hardware paired together with small silver buttons to continue the theme, folding over similar to the look of a jacket collar.
