This Air Fiber Washer Helps Reduce Microfiber Shedding

Galicia, Spain-headquartered international fashion giant Inditex has collaborated with none other than sustainable textile technology manufacturer Jeanologia to devise a high-tech industrial air fiber washer that is designed to be able to extract microfiber during clothing manufacturing processes whilst also making a significant contribution to curbing the shedding of microfiber in your home.

This particular air fiber washer is so-named because it doesn't use water or heat but rather uses air in order to move microfibers that are then stashed away in a special container. This microfiber is not discarded but is rather carefully collected in the container so that it may be conveyed towards a host of recycling options.

With the ability to decrease microfiber shed by nearly 60 percent, this air fiber washer is capable of collecting up to 325 kg of microfiber per year.
