McDonald's Released a New Croquette-Based 'Gracoro' Burger in Japan

McDonald's frequently tries different specialty products in different regions, and now it is bringing back its holiday line of croquette burgers in Japan. The first burger is named 'Gracoro' which comes from the ingredients in the burger itself, a gratin croquette. The name Gracoro is a combination of the Japanese words for these two ingredients.

The gratin croquette on the burger is deep-fried and filled with shrimp and macaroni. The burger itself is topped with cabbage, which is different from traditional McDonald's burgers which are topped with lettuce. The sauces will be McDonald's McChicken sauce, which is similar to mayonnaise, and a new croquette sauce.

The second burger is the 'Angus Beef Bolognese Gracoro.' This burger is similar to the standard Gracoro, except it comes with toppings that better complement a beef bolognese. Both burgers will be available for a limited time at McDonald's locations across Japan.
