adidas' ZX 2K Boost Sneaker Gets a GORE-TEX Update for Spring

Sportswear giant adidas introduces a new iteration of the new ZX 2K Boost Utility sneaker model with a GORE-TEX update that prepares for the outdoors. Most of the shoe's upper is made using a Carbon hue and are complemented by stark black hues at the mudguard and the heel cages.
The tongue is complete with zippered enclosures for function and it is then overlapped with thick rope laces for a terrain feel. GORE-TEX branding makes its way onto the shoe by the medial side to reference that it is able to combat waterproof sensibilities. The midsoles have Boost foam and can be seen from the midfoot to the front area and it all sits on top of a hiker-friendly sole unit.
