Zoom has introduced its AI-powered summarization tool, 'Zoom AI Companion,' for the benefit of its healthcare clientele. The Zoom AI Companion currently offers a range of capabilities, including the automated generation of meeting summaries, AI-generated draft email suggestions, and the provision of generative AI summaries for long chat threads.
These AI-powered features are aimed at consumers who utilize Zoom for the bulk of their professional meetings, as the summary feature allows for attentive and comprehensive notetaking while allowing the user to remain focused on the conversation at hand.
