Kwan Ken Yong's ZeusHydration water collector is a conceptual water purifier/collector designed for the third world. The ZeusHydration system is designed to be simple to use and highly portable. The system is used by compressing the storage system down to its lowest point and then sticking it out in the rain. As the rain falls, the ZeusHydration water collector will grow, looking somewhat similar to an accordion when filled up entirely with water.
The system purifies the stored water using an internal sponge that forces rainwater through while keeping particles behind. The system can also be used to gather rain water from the ground up which would be helpful for turning muddy pools of standing water into clean sources of H20.
