For the YSL Spring 2010 collection, Agent Provocateur and genius behind the label, Stefano Pilati, sent a myriad of garments down the runway that were seemingly uncorrelated and random, but which actually formed a cohesively contemporary collection. The YSL Spring 2010 collection dabbled in a bit of everything; there was modified lederhosen, tuxedos and pencil skirts, and even—in what could have possibly been a homage to the Beatles infamous hit “Strawberry Fields”—a strawberry smattered skirt.
