Designers everywhere are jumping on the green-wagon and churning out concepts at a rapid fire pace. This three-wheeler XR-3 Hybrid is a kit to be assembled by the owner, which may be the first of it’s kind. The plug-in concept was supposed to roll out this year, but has had some set backs. It will offer 200+ mpg on combination of electric and diesel power. Range is expected to be 40 mile on electric motor alone. The final concept is in the finishing stages.
