Thomas Baekdal designed wraps to decorate the super compact 2009 Toyota IQ, as shown in this gallery. The auto wraps basically consist of vinyl graphics that are stuck to the 118 inch long car like stickers.
The purpose of the designer wraps is to provide the ability to constantly change the car's look. Instead of selling the car when you're bored with its appearance, you can simply upgrade the design yourself.
Implications - Companies need not overlook the importance of providing consumers with the ability to customize a product. Shoppers will appreciate the sense of variety that comes with customizing merchandise.
