The ready-to-wear Dark Carnival fashion line by Gypsy Moon focuses on those who love to wear vintage zingara (female gypsy) chic fashion. Waist cinchers, pick pocket coats, carousel skirts, and bloomers are just a few of the many fashion articles available to choose from in what the Hip Chic Zine and Gypsy Moon regard as “Wearable Romance.” Gypsy styles from dresses to pants have been seen around on the runways recently; however, Gucci-branded Gypsy dresses are not affordable for most people. Gypsy Moon fashions are truly one-of-a-kind and its designers have done a great job catering to a unique market, since 1991 in fact.  Gypsy Moon refers to a phase of the moon, which, traditionally, Gypsies preferred for travel. It lent enough light to see what they were doing, but not so much that everyone else could see them.
