Now here would be an easy way to lose weight: just stand on vibrating scales. Scientists at State University of New York in Stony Brook have apparently discovered that slight vibrations will prevent fat tissue from forming. Unlike exercise which increases a person’s metabolism in order to burn off fat, the shaking reduces fat formation right from the get-go. Losing weight, according to them, would be as easy as standing on vibrating scales or wearing vibrating shoes and clothes. Something around the tummy would be popular but it will have to be QUIET!
