What’s missing from Vegas? Access? check. Excess? check. Success? check. Gigantic observation wheel? Uh-oh. It’s not because the money people at Voyager Entertainment insist that a 600 foot observation wheel will be built in Vegas, it’s just a matter of where and when. A couple of locations have already been scrapped because the hotel plans fell through.
