Wilier Triestina unveiled the 'Urta Hybrid,' a new lightweight electric mountain bike with several preconfigured driving modes. The bike's driving modes stem from its 'Fazua Ride 60' motor, which is named after the 60Nm of torque that it outputs under maximum performance conditions. This motor boasts a 450W power output, and features a riding mode designed for uphill, for off-roading, and for flat roads.
Aside from its motor, the Urta Hybrid boasts a 430 Wh battery with an optional 210 Wh range extender. While Wilier did not make explicit claims regarding the range of the e-bike, as it will vary greatly based on riding conditions, the range extender will add roughly 50% more range to the bike, allowing for more peace of mind during long rides.
The Wilier Urta Hybrid can be purchased online from Wilier at an MSRP of $6,900 USD in its base configuration, ranging up to $12,360 USD for a fully-configured model.
