Despite what you may have been told, colouring books are not just for kids. Just look at this urban colouring book and sticker kit from Sanithna Phansavanh! It integrates black and white photographs of city scenes, then lays over black outlines, like the ones in a kids colouring book that you can decorate yourself.
You can perfect your tagging skills by colouring in graffiti or spunk up people’s outfits by adding some vibrancy to their outlines. The kit comes with a bunch of neat layouts to colour and all the tools you’ll need to make each city scene a work of your own.
These are by far the coolest coloring books I’ve seen; way better than filling in images of Shrek or drawing on restaurant layouts. They’re also a lot less controversial than TopShop’s colouring books…
